A beautiful narrowboat with unique features. Equipped for continuous cruising on the waterways of London.

The boat has a lovely cottage feel and is very cozy. You enter from the bow into the lounge area (sofa comes with if wanted), the kitchen was bespoke built and is beautiful, with a butler sink, oak worktops and loads of storage.

Following on through to the bedroom there is a full-size wardrobe, and tonnes of storage under the bed, the mattress is only about a year old and is super comfortable.

The bathroom has a cassette toilet (less than a year old), a good amount of storage, overhead shower with a whale gulper pump, installed in November 2021.

I am in the process of having 3 brand new leisure batteries and 1 starter installed to replace the existing setup. If you want solar, this will need to be replaced as it is currently not working.
