Hull No: N/a.

Engine: Beta, 35 Hp, 4 cylinder, naturally aspirated, diesel.
Engine No: Hours do not show on panel.

Tank capacities – Water: 150 gallons approx.
Diesel: 45 gallons (200 litres) approx.

Construction: welded steel
Steel thickness –
Bottom plate: 10 mm Counter plate: 10 mm
Hull side plates: 6mm Coachroof: 4/3mm

Source of hot water – calorifier/Eberspacher
Central heating – Eberspacher

Electric- 12 volt
Inverter – fitted
Brand new £1000 Travel pack generator (needs installing)

1 x starter battery and 3 x leisure batteries

Insulation type: Polystyrene.
No of Berths: 1 x double ottoman bed and 1 x extendable settee/bed in living room

Additional Information

– The interior of the boat has been completely refurbished to a very modern standard.

– The kitchen has been kitted out with modern shelving and there is a fold down breakfast bar looking out through the hatch.
There is a new gas oven and hob and a washing machine, with space for a fridge.
– The wooden flooring throughout has been sanded down and re-stained as have the window frames, with new made to measure blinds.
The walls have been pine cladded and painted white throughout.
– There is a lift up storage space under the bespoke settee which also extends to a double bed.
– The larger than average bathroom has tiling throughout and hosts a shower and cubicle, Elsan cassette toilet and vanity unit with built in sink.
– The bedroom has been completely refurbished into a spacious room with bespoke ottoman bed and ample storage underneath with pull out drawers to store clothes, bed linen etc. there is room to build or erect wardrobes.

– The two access doors at the front and back of the boat have added security, the main door being made of thick steel with double locking features and the front of the boat has wrought iron doors with padlock and chain.

– Note- due to covid and lack of availability of services the hull will need blackened and the exterior of the boat also needs a sand down and painting, unfortunately this was intended to be carried out as Covid hit and therefore was cancelled
