1981 Hancock and Lane Narrowboat For Sale

1981 Hancock and Lane narrowboat – reluctant sale.

We have owned the boat as liveaboards since 2013.

BSS until 2026

Squirrel stove with back boiler.

Inverter which currently runs the TV, oven fan etc

Gas built in oven and Hob.

Sleeps 4 with rear bedroom (small double). The mid cabin has fixed bunks (this area could be used adapted for other use)

All windows are fitted with a secondary layer of perspex for use during winter.

Thetford toilet with tanks, this is not plumbed in but easy to do.

Boat will come with fixtures and fittings such as blinds, cooker, hob, toilet etc

Cratch cover was replaced 2017. Large cratch area for storage.

The boat was last blacked in 2015 but has been sat on a mooring since then rather than travelling around the waterways.

The engine had just had a new starter motor. The prop shaft re roped in March 2022.
New bilge pump fitted Jan 2023.

3 leisure batteries and one starter battery- room to add to this set up.
