52 foot Springer 1985
1.5 BMC engine.
Reverse layout with the bedroom at the front.

Torgem A wood burner with back boiler and 3 radiators.
Needs a new wooden floor and possibly some welding in the engine room.
Kitchen side hatch and hatch in the galley- one hinge needs welding.
Exterior painted and hull blacked above waterline summer 2022.
Latest survey and hull blacking under waterline 2013.
No valid Boat safety certificate at present as sold as a project.
