San Fairy Ann is a 45′ Cruiser Stern Narrowboat built in 1993 by Hapton Boats. Propulsion is by a Craftsman Diesel Engine.
She is currently undergoing a complete refit. The boat was previously used as a cafe boat in the local area. The owners of the vessel are now looking to move on from the boat and so are converting it into a liveaboard narrowboat. She is also the perfect size for anyone looking to start their journey in this industry, whether that be for liveaboard or leisure purposes.
A full paint job is already underway, and more pictures will be supplied once it is complete. The internal fit-out has started and the estimated date for completion is likely to be ready for the upcoming spring. The boat will be a reverse layout. Starting at the stern, leading on to a large storage area. The saloon will lead on from that linking with a central galley. The shower room will follow, ultimately leading to a master bedroom at the bow of the boat.
Following a recent survey, minor work and pitting were required on the hull itself. All of this work listed on the survey has been completed and the boat was re-blacked prior to being launched back into the canal. The survey is also available for review during the viewing.
A full specification is yet to be made available. However, the listing will become officially live once the boat is fully assembled and complete.
