Had over 12k’s welding done which included a side hatch, complete new stern hatch, and a 3ft extension at the bow to the inside cabin to make a 37ft space.

Completely rust treated bilge and painted throughout.

Engineering blue brick ballast throughout hull with some spare.

Floor battened with treated hardwood and laid with 18mm thick marine Buffalo board.

£3k spray foam insulation installed to a minimum of 2cm to 4cm in some places.

The underside of hull blackened but not sides.

Custom-fit round portholes that were salvaged from an HMS vessel that looks and works great.

Paint stripped to bare and painted with 2 coats of zinc primer.

All ready for the next stage of electrics and fit-out.
