New kitchen with lpg cooker, double oven, shoreline fridge-freezer. Bathroom with cassette toilet, handbasin and shower. Bedroom with fixed double, wardrobe and drawers. Solid oak interior, front cover and seating area. Bench on rear deck. Last blacked in 2021 with new anodes, bsc til August 2024. She is going to be booked in for full survey, bsc, blacking etc this summer. Happy to negotiate this being knocked off the asking price with potential buyers.
