Interior About 75% way through refurbishment. To finish it needs walls either reskined or existing walls painted throughout. Temporary kitchen worktops need replacing. Has a new kitchen, lighting throughout, ceiling (T&G),flooring, shower.

Note this boat dont need gas. It has an £8000 Victron power system that runs everything off 240v including the electric oven and Hob. This includes 5Kva inverter 5kw lithium ion battery all controlled from a touch screen or online. The 1.4kw tilt-able solar panels keep everything topped up for about 75% of the year and for when you need it there is a 3.2kw petrol generator.

Engine
Powered by a 1600 BMC diesel engine. Fully serviced (all filters, Oil change, head gasket, Tappets checked & Set) 3 months ago with very little running hours. Little smokey on start up but what do you expect from a 30 year old british engine, These BMC engines are the workhorse of the canals and if maintained will last forever.
