Our lovely 1-bed 57×10 widebeam is up for sale after many happy years living aboard in and around London/Hertfordshire.

The boat is in excellent condition, with Canaline 52 engine, two external gas lockers, a 300 litre fuel tank and 1000 litre water tank. She features hardwood floors and wood panelled ceilings throughout the main living spaces.

Prior to listing, The Great Escape has undergone a full external repaint in 2023, and was blacked at the end of 2022 (where the hull was inspected and found to be in very good condition).

She has also benefitted from new solar (2x380w panels), VictronConnect charge controller, leisure batteries and a new kitchen worktop and storage installed (all in 2022/23).

Currently fitted with a compost toilet (due to limited pump out services in London) she also has all of the plumbing and fixtures in tact if the buyer wants to revert to a pump out system (including a jabsco ceramic toilet).

Also fitted with a full size washing machine, shoreline 12v fridge freezer and webasto central heating, as well as a Morso Squirrel stove that’s been serviced annually.

Ideal for cruising due to manoeuvrability and very capable solar, whilst fully compatible with marina life, the open plan layout makes for a spacious and comfortable home on the water.
