Finally, time for us to move on from our lovely boat.
A full boat survey from 2020 is available, the hull is in very good condition
Blacking is done in 2022 with 2-part ballistic epoxy.
Mitsubishi MK4 engine has been a dream, we have done a fair bit of traveling up and down the canals, and has always been reliable with no issues (touch wood). Along with a huge fuel tank that lasts pretty much the whole year.
A huge water tank (approx. 1000l) that can last up to a month
A very large holding tank for toilet waste that will last you up to a month.
[Electrical system] with two battery systems:
* X5 110ah leisure batteries for all the 12v appliances.
* And a bigger 720ah 12v Traction Battery system for any 230v applications.
* We have a built-in diesel Generator that was recently overhauled and carefully maintained.
* 2 solar panels placed on top of custom-made storage boxes with tilt brackets. Each panel is around 360watts each so plenty of power to go around to live in comfort.

New aqua+ laminate floor throughout, a new large single bed built in the back with storage underneath.
A whole new kitchen layout for the more open plan space we wanted with oak worktops, large double farmhouse sink, new Montpellier 12V fridge, new candy oven, X4 longways gas hob. Had a gas engineer install and renew the gas lines and also added an autogas switch so two bottles can be fixed in at one time.
We have space for three 13kg bottle’s at a time in the nose of the boat.

Newly renovated bathroom installed with a new sink, shower tray, screen, and drop-through toilet.
The front of the boat has a morso and squirrel stove with a gravity-fed back boiler that feeds to a couple of radiators.
The nose of the boat is an open space. Seatings can be turned into a King size bed
The back of the boat has good underneath storage for boat maintenance things and a coat and show area.
The deck of the boat is big enough to fit 5 people comfortably.
