Water pump doesn't kick in

Hello everyone from a new narrowboat owner. This morning the shower stopped mid flow. Taps no longer flow either. The shower drainage pumps out still as do other electrics. I'm sure there was water in the tank. It is full now. Any easy solutions? Thanks.
