At this marina for this boat, the costs are below for 2 people
I spoke to a boat surveyor with a view for a sonar reading of the thickness of the steel in the hull below the waterline he said its a waste of time because it can only read the overplate thickness which we already know is 8mm the previous owner told me it was mainly in the swim area which was overplated completely as was the hull.

So if you want a survey it can be taken out here at a cost to yourself to be arranged with the slipway manager and a boat surveyor of your choice also you can call the slip way manager

We have a letter to confirm the condition of the hull when taken out may 2020 he said wow that’s clean.

Tv license not needed as it’s covered by the site

Monthly moorings £133 per month

Elec £25 per month

Gas. £35 per month

Coal for 3 months £20 a week this is only small part of the year or you can collect wood that’s free

Water. £0

Community charge £30 per year

Not sure what the crt river license is but in this marina you don’t need one.

Sorry to have to say this due to timewasters/fender kickers this is not to genuine people who are interested there will be no bringing a picnic and thinking its a trip down the river happy to show you it working in the marina but not outings until it’s yours then happily take you out to show you how she handles if you wanted.
