Willow Grouse has been fully refurbished to an exceptional standard and is offered as a continuous cruiser or second home/holiday boat. Providing plenty of space and an element of modern luxury Willow Grouse can comfortably accommodate four people. We have gone above and beyond with power and hot water generation to maximize your comfort and convenience onboard.

Under the generous-sized deck:

43HP Beta Marine Greenline engine with just 280 hrs, this was installed in 2011 and comes with a full service.
4 x AGM 120 ah leisure batteries giving over 3kwh of power (these will be supplied and installed upon purchase of the boat, for viewing we have 2 leisure batteries installed to show everything working.)

60l Calorifier that can be heated by the engine, shore power and also the Eberspacher wet heater.

Eberspacher wet heating system with the heat dispersed via Thermaskirt skirting boards. (this is a skirting board with wet radiators integrated).

On The roof

A solar panel system with each panel rated at 340w so the system can produce 1360w.
Interior

The boat has hot and cold running water throughout.

Features 12V and 240V electrics.

The 240v system is supplied by a Victron Phoenix inverter charger giving 3kw of power from either the leisure batteries or the 175amp engine house alternator. This is doubled when connected to shore power.

Willow grouse is finished with Marantz hardwood trim along walls and ceilings. Carpets with a thick underlay are fitted in the bedroom and living areas to provide extra warmth and comfort.

As you enter the boat from the stern there is shoe storage beneath the step.

A shower room to the left consists of a hand basin and a full-size shower with well over 6ft headroom (it is at this end of the boat to take advantage of maximum height).

2 single bunk beds, gas lift mattress base on the bottom bunk for storage, both bunks feature dimmable directional reading lights with USB ports. At the foot of the bunks is a full height wardrobe.

The kitchen is fitted with high gloss cream units with gray granite worktops. Ample storage including ‘magic corner’ and pull-out pantry rack. Breakfast bar accompanied by two comfortable bar stools. Appliances include a fridge freezer, 2-way induction hob, gas oven with grill, and an integrated dishwasher.

Spacious lounge area with comfortable sofa and Television. A 5kw Morso Squirrel multi-fuel burner with twin wall flue creates a traditional feel in this modern space. The side entry hatch opens from the lounge and offers views of the outdoor environment.

W/C features a ceramic bowl cassette toilet with electric flush and a hand basin with extra storage beneath.

Master bedroom with a large wardrobe, double bed with gas lift mattress base revealing even more storage, and dimmable reading light with USB port. From this room you can open the door and step onto the bow of the boat.

Covering the bow is a crouch cover and over the stern is a large pram cover which was manufactured and installed just a couple of years ago.
Prior to the refurbishment, the hull was completely stripped out and all rust treated, and then spray foam insulated.

The boat has had all the blacking done and the hull is in incredible shape. We were told that’s because when it was built in 1991 they didn’t scrimp on the metal at all and it was of much better quality than today’s offerings, see below:
