The boat benefits from a recent hull survey from June 2017. It was also last blacked then and new anodes fitted.
Hull was almost fully overplated on both sides when I bought her in 2013.
Last survey showed the hull to be in good condition.
Interior has been fully fit out new including
Birch ply sofa with storage drawers and new upholstery.
-Birch ply and sepele kitchen with oak worktops. Reclaimed timber doors.
-Cabin is a fold away double bed with a birch fitted wardrobe with hanging space and storage under bed.
-Bathroom has coloured slate tiles on the floor and geometric tiles on the wall.
Sink is a Moroccan style basin sitting on a birch and reclaimed vanity unit.
Toilet is compost.
– hot water through an instant gas boiler.
I had the electrics modernised when I bought her. Mostly re-wired.
Including 2x175watt solar panels and charge controller.
There is a Victron pure Sinewave 1200 inverter/charger combi.
Which can charge batteries from a 240 shoreline output.
Boat comes with 12v waeko fridge with freezer compartment.
3 new leisure batteries installed this year.
Solid fuel stove for heating.
Engine is a Vetus M414.
I’m in the process of repainting the engine bay and water tank, these jobs will be done before the sale.
