The Lock Keeper in Chester has rebranded itself to be a Country Pub with a city center twist with a canal side terrace Serving ales, Artisan beers, Cocktails & food which is locally sourced.
The Lock Keeper is located at Cow Lane Bridge which is bridge number 123E on the Shropshire Union Canal.

Good moorings right next to Tescos, Chester city center, the bus station and other conveniences. Decent beer garden overlooking a winding hole.
The Lock Keeper pub is in a great location right in the heart of Chester.
Their canal-side outdoor terrace is one of the best beer gardens in the city.
Spent many a sunny afternoon watching boats winding in the winding hole that is right next the pub so no end of entertainment to accompany my beer.
